This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) informs visitors to the AleroCares Behavioral & Mental Health Services’ (AleroCares LLC) website at https://alerocares.org (“Website”) concerning the rules and policies that govern use of the Website and AleroCares’ services, agencies, affiliates and communities associated with the Website. The term “visitor” includes any person who accesses the Website for any amount of time, unless designated otherwise. Visitors are expected to follow all posted guidelines and rules.
AleroCares Mental & Behavioral Health Services ("we," "us," or "our") provides this website ("Site") to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. MINIMUM AGE TO USE OUR WEBSITE
Certain sections of the Website may have age restrictions for participation and usage of specific functions or benefits. Where a minimum age is specified, you must meet the stated age requirement for the relevant activity or event. The requirements and rules for participation in specific activities will be clearly posted on the Website. AleroCares does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of twelve (12).
